2. How to Place Orders
Customers may place orders through the following channels:
- Through the website heroturfs.es, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- By email at: info@heroturfs.com
Once your order has been validated and confirmed, Heroturfs will send you a confirmation message notifying you that your order request has been successfully received.
3. Purchase Validation
Once the purchase has been completed and payment has been made, Heroturfs will send an order confirmation by email.
At that moment, you should verify that all the information is correct. If you do not agree with the details shown in the confirmation, you may request modifications or cancellation of the order.
Validation of the order by the customer expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these specific terms and conditions as part of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the records stored by Heroturfs shall constitute proof of all transactions carried out between Heroturfs and its customers.
If any modification or cancellation is required, the request must be made within 24 hours from the order confirmation by email to info@heroturfs.com, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
The customer agrees to pay Heroturfs for the contracted products using the payment methods accepted by Heroturfs, including any additional amounts (such as taxes and late payment charges, where applicable).
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the order date and include VAT where applicable for transactions within Spain. However, in accordance with Law 37/1992 of December 28 regulating VAT, the transaction may be exempt or not subject to VAT depending on the buyer’s country of residence and status (business/professional or private consumer). Consequently, in some cases, the final order price may differ from the price displayed on the website.
During payment, Heroturfs will redirect the customer to a secure payment gateway.
Credit or Debit Card (Stripe)
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards.
Payments can be made immediately through our bank’s secure SSL payment gateway. In the event of a refund or cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the same payment card used for the purchase.
Personal and banking data will be protected with all security measures established under Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), with complete confidentiality.
PayPal
Through PayPal, the payment for the order will be authorized, but no funds will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that the transaction is correct. A PayPal account is required. Heroturfs does not charge any additional fees for the use of this payment method.
Bank Transfer
Users may make a bank transfer to the account indicated at the end of the purchase process. When making the transfer, users must include the order number provided by Heroturfs as the payment reference.
Users acknowledge and accept that payment by bank transfer may cause delays in delivery, as Heroturfs will not begin preparing the shipment until it has verified that the transferred amount exactly matches the order amount.
Heroturfs will not assume any costs arising from possible bank charges, which shall be borne by the user.

5. Shipping and Transport
Shipping is included in the price of standard products. Shipping for custom-made products is quoted separately according to size, with no fixed delivery timeframe.
For European destinations, 1×5, 1×8 and 1×10 m tracks take 1–2 business days to prepare and 7 business days in transport via UPS: 8–9 business days in total. Other sizes take 1–6 business days to prepare and 7 business days in transport via the weekly Moldtrans truck: 8–13 business days in total. Installation tape uses the smaller-shipment timeframe.
The estimate may be affected by public holidays or circumstances outside Heroturfs' control.
6. Shipping Areas
We ship throughout the European Union.
7. Receipt of Goods
The order will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Any later modifications may incur additional distribution charges.
It is essential that, upon receipt of the goods, any issue regarding the condition of the packaging is noted on the delivery slip signed to the carrier and reported to Heroturfs by email at info@heroturfs.com within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the package. After this period, the products will be considered accepted by the customer.
If the package shows significant damage suggesting that the product may have been damaged, it must be refused and Heroturfs must be notified immediately.
8. Returns
The same return policy applies to every customer.
A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing info@heroturfs.com. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
For non-defective goods, return shipping is paid by the customer. A 20% management and administration charge applies, and returns with a value below €100 are not accepted.
Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned.
If the product is defective on receipt, the customer must notify Heroturfs promptly. Once the return is authorised, Heroturfs will cover the return transport costs.
9. Warranty
All our products are covered by a 5-year warranty protecting against manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal conditions of use.
The warranty includes demanding tests such as mechanical wear resistance (up to 50,000 Lisport cycles), dimensional stability, microbiological resistance, and more.

10. Pricing Policy and Offer Validity
Heroturfs offers are generally valid for 15 business days unless otherwise stated.
Heroturfs reserves the right to modify prices until the customer receives confirmation of the order.
11. Language
The language in which the contract between Heroturfs and the customer will be concluded is English.
12. Advertising and Informational Emails
In accordance with the Heroturfs privacy policy, customers will be added to our database and may receive commercial emails regarding product offers and updates.
Customers may exercise their right to unsubscribe from this service by contacting us. In addition, every email received will include the option to unsubscribe from future communications from Heroturfs.
13. Limitation of Liability
Heroturfs’ liability in the sales transaction with the buyer is limited to the amount of the invoice for the sold product and to the liability established by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Heroturfs shall not be liable for any loss of profit or indirect damages suffered by the purchaser.
